Corporate Entertainment Terms and conditions:
Information :
IBG Shooting Entertainment will collect only enough information from the client and the client shall agree to supply such information to enable us to carry out the clients booking.
IBG Shooting Entertainment will keep any such information securely and will only share information with third parties to enable the booking to be carried out.
Booking fees:
IBG Shooting Entertainment will collect a non returnable booking fee to secure the clients booking. The booking fee will be 25% of the total invoice value.
Bookings will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the appropriate booking fee
Cancelation :
IBG Shooting Entertainment reserves the right to cancel a booking or change the venue or date of the event if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. This includes but is not limited to Severe weather, Industrial action, acts of war, civil disturbance, riot or terrorism
Cancelation by the client: Up to six months before the booked date will result in the loss of the booking fee. Between six months and three months will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the total value of the booking. Between three months and one month before the booked date will result in a charge of 75% of the total value of the booking. Within one month of the booked date will result in a charge of 100% of the total value of the booking.
Payment:
To secure the booking the agreed price must be paid in full at least four weeks before the booked date.
IBG Shooting Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the booking if the full fee is not paid four weeks before the date of the event
Any extras required on the day and not paid for in advance must be paid in full, not more than seven days after the booked event.
Client Numbers:
No reduction in the agreed price will be allowed if the number of guests attending the event fall below that originally catered for. In the case of an increase in guest numbers IBG Shooting Entertainment reserves the right to charge a per head price for all additional guests
Liability:
IBG Shooting Entertainment will exercise reasonable care whilst carrying out the booked event, but will not accept liability for any loss, injury or damage to clients, guests or their property howsoever caused.
Authority during the event:
The client agrees that IBG Shooting Entertainment shall have full authority throughout the event. The client agrees to comply with any request, order or instruction made by IBG Shooting Entertainment or any member of its staff or persons acting under the authority of IBG Shooting Entertainment.
Alcohol & Drugs:
Under normal circumstances no alcohol will be consumed by anyone taking part in any shooting event, before or during the event. Anyone thought to be under the influence of drink or drugs will be prevented from taking part in any shooting event. The opinion of IBG Shooting Entertainment or its staff will be all that is required and will be final
The Law:
Persons prohibited by law from holding a firearm will not be able to shoot under any circumstances
.Section 21 of the Firearms Act of 1968 states: Any person who has served a prison sentence or youth custody for a period of more than three months but less than three years is subject to a five year prohibition from having a firearm or ammunition in his possession. A person who has served a prison sentence or youth custody for a period in excess of three years is prohibited for life.
By booking your event with us you will be deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
